Our Executive Board

We are guided by an Executive Board that provides senior-level guidance and strategic direction. To ensure our programmes are tailored to the needs within our system and to reflect our multi-stakeholder approach, the Executive Board is made up of current and former leaders from the humanitarian and development sector, as well as leaders from the private sector.

GELI also receives guidance from a technical advisory committee, whose members provide feedback on GELI’s learning programmes based on their operational experience, technical knowledge, and an understanding of strengths and gaps in systemic leadership.
